Step 1: Go to Settings and then choose Update and Security. 

Step 2: Navigate to Windows Security and then click on Virus and threat protection.

Step 4: Select the settings of Virus and Threat Protection. 

Step 5:  Go to the option of real time protection and toggle the protection to off.

Step 5: Change the value from 0 to 1 by clicking on AntiSpyware. A Window will open up in front of you for changing the D word. Put 1 in the value data field and then selct Ok. 

Step 6: Reboot your Windows device for installing new edits. This will disable your Windows Defender permanently.

  • Following the above, click on enter to save the item in the folder.
  • Click on AntiSpyware to change the value from 0 to 1.
  • Now for changing the D-word, a window will open up on your screen.
  • Put 1 in the Value data field and then click on Ok.
  • Restart your Windows device for installing new edits.
  • It will disable your Windows Defender permanently.
