Step 2: Select the Options tab

Step 3: After that, you need to go to the "More Options" group and then choose the option "Delay Delivery". 

Step 4: Now, in the properties dialog box, check the checkbox "Do not deliver". 

Step 5: Select the Date and Time when you wish to send the message. 

Step 6: Click on Close. 

Step 7: After that, select Send from the Settings Window. 

After that, your message will appear in Outbox and when the scheduled time arrives, select Send.
