Method 2: Use Web Connect

Step 1: Log in to the online banking page of Chase. 

Step 2: Once you log in, go to the Customer Center tab and then go down to the Reference Center. 

Step 3: Select the link "Activate Money, Quicken, etc". 

Step 4: Choose the option of "Download Now" in order to create a QuickBooks OFX formatted file and then select Continue. 

Step 5: After that, you need to select the account from where you want to download the transactions. Then, you need to select the date range. 

Step 6: Now, you are required to choose the QuickBooks radio button and select the QB version from the drop-down list. Then, select Export. 

Step 7: Select the folder and save the file. 

Step 8: Rename your file with the quotation marks "qbo". 

Step 9: Launch Quickbooks on your PC. 

Step 10: Select the File menu and then open Utilities. After that, Import and Web connect files. 

Step 11: Go to the desktop and then search for the OFX-formatted file you downloaded from Chase Online. 

Step 12: Select Ope to Continue. 

Step 13: Match the transactions you downloaded from "My Shortcuts" under Online Banking.
