Step 1: Go to the Taskbar and then right-click on it and then select Taskbar. In case the Taskbar does not respond, then press the keys Alt, Ctrl, and Del and then choose the task manager.

Step 2: Go to the selection of processes and search for "chrome.exe" or "Google Chrome".

Step 3: Right-click and then click on End Process

Step 4: After that, try to launch the program again.

2) Open Chrome and Delete User Profile

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data

After entering the above information, press enter. Then, start searching for the folder name "Default folder".

Copy this default folder and create a backup. Then, Delete the folder. Open Chrome once again and then navigate to Settings, Advanced and then Reset Confirm
