Fix Win­dows 10 Not Detect­ing PS4 Controller

Step 2: Go to the section of Bluetooth and other devices and then turn off Bluetooth and then turn it back on. Now, see if your PC is detecting the PS4 controller or not. In case this doesn't work, then try the next solution.

2) Unpair Your PS4 Controller from the Computer

In case the controller was connected to your PC through Bluetooth but it cannot be detected anymore. You can remove the controller from the list of already paired devices. After that, you need to connect your controller to the PC. Carry out the steps below to remove or unpair the controller.

Step 1: First of all, open the menu of Windows settings and then click on devices. This will take you to the Bluetooth and other device sections. After that, go to the Action Center and then right-click on Bluetooth.
