I am facing some issue while streaming Roku channels. They are showing some type of Roku error code 014. I have no idea about that how to fix it. If you have any solution then give us.
Nowadays, almost every person is using a Roku device. Any user can come across technical difficulty while using Roku device. One of the common error codes that users come across while using Roku TV is error code 014. When this error code occurs, one will not be able to connect the Roku device to the wireless network.
But don't worry as you can easily get rid of this error code. the connection can fail if you enter the wrong name of your wireless network. Below are some of the solutions that you can try out in order to fix the Roku error code 014.
This error generally arises when your roku device does not connect to the network. In order to fix this problem, you must check that you have entered the right wireless network name.
This issue can also get resolved simply just by rebooting the device. This will fix the problem temporarily. The steps to do so are given below.
First of all, go to the Settings, then System and then finally go to System restart. To restart your Roku TV, all you have to do is to select Settings, System, power and then finally go to System restart.
If the above solution does not fix your problem, then you can try out the steps given below to resolve the issue.
Step 1: Disconnect the power wire and turn off your Roku Stick.
Step 2: After that, power off your wireless router. Do this only after the lights of your Roku device are turned off.
Step 3: Then, wait for a period of 60 seconds. After that, turn on your wireless router
Step 4: Now, wait for the router to boot up again.
