Request a Read Receipt in Microsoft Outlook:

When you send an email to another person, you don't know when that email will be read. If you don't get a response, then it's difficult to determine whether the email was read or not. Outlook provides a tool called "read receipt".

This tool helps you know whether the recipient has opened your email. This is actually a brief automatic response that confirms that an email has been opened up. There is always an option where you can request a delivery receipt. However, this feature only works if you have a Microsoft Exchange email account.

You can request it using a single email. If you wish to use it the whole time, you can force the outgoing emails to request a read receipt. This way, you won't have to do it by hand every time. The recipient may refuse to send the read receipt.

There are a few email programs that disregard read receipts completely. Nevertheless, if you wish to send an email with a read receipt, then we have mentioned two methods for the same.
