Is there anyone who knows about how to turn keyboard lighting On/Off of laptop. I am facing some issues while doing this. Help me.
The Keyboard lighting feature of laptops has made it easier for the users to work during dark hours. This feature is especially appreciated by those who work late at night. The keyboard lighting feature is available on almost every modern computer.
If you recently bought a new computer and you don't know how to turn on the keyboard lighting feature on your computer, then read below.
If your laptop has a backlit keyboard, then go to the upper bar of your keyboard and search for the F5 button. You will see a backlight icon on this button. You need to press the F5 key together with the function key located at the end row of your keyboard in order to turn on the keyboard lighting of your laptop.
However, the key that you need to press may differ from model to model. In some computer models, you need to press the F9 or F11 key instead of the F5 key.
This backlit feature is only required during dark hours. This feature is not needed in the daytime. Therefore, you must turn off this feature when it's bright outside. In order to turn off the keyboard lighting of your laptop, you need to press the same key combination you used to turn on the keyboard lighting i.e., Fn+F5, F11, or F9 key.
Your productivity depends on various elements that can impact the flow of your work. High brightness can hurt your eyes and can even damage your retina. Therefore, it is advisable to adjust the brightness to a comfortable level.
So, in order to get dimmer illumination, you need to press the backlight function a few times. This is the only button you need to press for all the keyboard light operations.
