1.To Fix Windows Key not Working on Windows 10 Using PowerShell: 

PowerShell is a powerful command line tool which allows you to core windows 10 components. You can do all sorts of things with PowerShell, and since this is such a powerful tool. Generally, to start PowerShell you need to use the windows key + S shortcut, but you can open PowerShell by following these steps:

1.To open task manager, press and hold Ctrl + Shift + Esc keys on your keyboard.

2.Next, open File > Run new task.

3.Enter powershell and check Create this task with administrative privileges. Then click OK or
press Enter.

4.Once the PowerShell opens, enter Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -
DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation) \AppXManifest.xml”} and press Enter.

5.Windows key will start working again once the command is executed.

2.To Fix Windows Key not Working on Windows 10 by Modifying the Registry

We have to warn you that modifying the registry can cause certain problems if you’re not careful, so we highly recommend that you export your registry and use the exported registry file as a backup. Below are a few steps to modify your registry:

1.Go to the task manager, open File > Run new task.

2.Enter regedit and press Enter or click OK.

3.In the left pane open the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Keyboard Layout
key.

4.Extend the Keyboard Layout key, locate Scancode Map registry entry and delete it.
