But the users have some control to improve the speed of their Windows 10. Here are the best ways on How to increase Windows 10 Performance and Make it Feel Faster.

Disabling Startup Apps-

Some programs on Windows can launch themselves as soon as Windows starts. These Programs run in the background. Some of these apps and programs are not necessary. You can disable them and Free your RAM and ROM. To do this.

  1. Go to task manager.
  2. Then tap on More Details
  3. Then Tap on Startup

Choose Your Apps Wisely-

Apps that are not well designed and have features that are not necessary for us can slow down our Windows 10. In that case, remember to only use apps that are built well and that you find most useful.

Example – You don’t need a PDF reader like Adobe PDF in Windows 10 as Microsoft Edge has a built-in PDF reader that is far superior to Adobe Reader. Still, people only know about Adobe Reader. The second thing is apps installed from Microsoft Store are much lighter and optimised. Install apps from there.
Solid State Drives

The traditional hard disks can do the job well but the SSDs or Solid State Drives are many times faster than traditional drives. If you have an old computer then SSDs are a great option for you to increase performance.

Malware and Viruses-

Sometimes your Windows 10 just becomes slow and even though you do many performance upgrades, yet it remains slow. The problem can be the malware that has taken control of your PC. In that case,

  1. Click on Start and go to Windows Defender
  2. Go to Virus and Threat Protection
  3. Now go to Advanced Scan and select the option of Full Scan
  4. Now let Windows Defender scan and remove the threats from your system.

After it has removed the threats you will see that Windows 10 has become fast.
