Please let me know that how to open and change Printer settings in Windows 10. I am facing some issues while printing. I have no idea about this. Help me.
It is important to configure the settings of your printer in order to print documents from a program on a Windows computer. You can configure various options like page margins, page orientation, paper size on the printer settings page.
You can begin with the printing work after you are done completing the setup process. In order to fix this problem, you must configure your printer settings. You can also set the default printer by going to the printer settings page.
Below are the steps that you need to carry out in order to open and change the printer settings.
Step 1: Go to the Windows 10 search bar and then enter "Printers" there.
Step 2: Select the option of "Printers and Scanners".
Step 3: Now, go to the printer icon and then right-click on it. After that, select printing preferences.
Step 4: The settings page of your printer will open up.
You can also open up printer settings through apps as well. One such app is Microsoft Word. Launch MS word or any other Office app. After that, select the File menu and then select "Print" from various options appearing before you.
Right next to that option, you will find the link to "Printer Properties". Click on that link to open the settings page of your printer. By going to the settings page, you can set the default printer using one method.
Using another method, you can define the settings of your printer for all print jobs. You need to follow both methods in order to print a document, select page margins, page orientation, and paper size.
