When you will open the Apps and Features page, then you will see the Edge entry as you scroll down. There, you will see that the uninstall button is colored in grey. 

If you wish to uninstall Edge on Windows 10, then you will have to use PowerShell. Launch the File Explorer and then start searching for this file in the Program files folder.

After that, you need to open the folder with the Edge version number. After that, launch the installer folder to search for the setup.exe file. The right way to the right folder is given below.

Then, you need to launch an administrative-level PowerShell session in your File Explorer. For this, you need to select File, launch Windows power shell as administrator. By doing so, an instance of PowerShell will open up. 

After that, you must enter the following command in the PowerShell prompt. 

.\setup.exe--uninstall--system level--verbose-logging--force-uninstall.
