Hi Everyone, Please let me know how do I update the payment method for my Roku account? I don't know how to update it. I tried many times but unable to update it. Help me.
The Roku account payment method helps you to buy subscriptions for mainstream channels. With the help of this method, you can either purchase or rent shows by going to the channel Store. You can use PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard for payment. You have to update the payment method by logging into your Roku account and clicking on the update button or you can also update by going to the payment section.
You will be asked to fill in all the fields of personal information like name, address, credit card details, and phone number. If you are updating your credit card details, then make sure you check once it's done. As a user, you also have the option to remove all of your payment details.
First of all to update the payment method for my Roku account, turn on your smartphone or computer system, and then visit the myroku.com website. If it prompts, then you can log into the Roku Account.
To update the payment method for my Roku account, tap on the button of update or click on it by going to the section of the payment.
Fill up all the fields and then submit them. At the time of updating, fill up all the fields again prior to the submission. Your complete name, address, phone number, and credit card details should be filled up completely.
In case you have entered a credit card, then check if it has been entered in the correct manner.
Try using another card and check if that works.
If Paypal is available, then you must try using it.
There can also be a browser issue. So, use another browser if possible.
On your smartphone or computer system, go to my Roku.com.
If it prompts, then you can also sign in to the Roku account.
Go to the option of update under the method of payment section.
Tap or select remove a payment method, which is given at the end of the page.
