Please let me know that how to fix Windows 10 can not detect the second monitor. I am facing some issue in this while doing this. Help me.

When such a problem occurs, an error message appears on your screen stating " Windows 10 cannot detect the second monitor". There can be several reasons responsible for this error. If the problem occurs because of the software, then that may be happening because of the drivers.
Below are the solutions that you can apply to fix the problem of "Windows 10 cannot detect the second monitor".
Usually, Windows is not able to detect the second monitor because of issues with the video card. There is a chance that the issue is occurring because the latest drivers aren't installed for the graphics card or video card.
Therefore, you must update the Windows 10 drivers for monitors and display adapters. You may require to install the NVIDIA driver. In case updating the drivers doesn't work for you, then you can fix the problem by re-installing the driver.
Below are the steps that you need to follow for re-installing the driver.
Step 1: Press the Windows key and X key simultaneously and then select Device Manager.
Step 2: Now, go to the Device Manager Window and then start searching for the concerned driver. In case a yellow exclamation mark appears right next to it, then right-click on it and then roll back the driver.
Step 3: In case this option does not appear before you, then select the Uninstall option. After that, restart your system.
Step 4: Launch the Device Manager one more time and then click on the option of Scan for hardware changes for installing the driver.
If your OS isn't able to detect the second monitor, then go to Start and then right-click on it. After that, click on Run and then enter desk.cpl in Run and then press enter to launch the display settings.
Usually, one is able to detect the second monitor automatically. In case that doesn't happen, then try to detect it manually.
Step 1: Go to the Start button and then click on it. After that, the Settings app icon will appear before you.
Step 2: Go to the Display tab under the column of multiple displays and then select System. Now, select "Detect". Using this button, you can easily detect other displays or monitors.
Particularly when there are older models. Moreover, if you want you can connect the wireless display. Plus, you need to ensure that the bar under the option of "Extend these displays" is selected.
Below are some steps that you need to follow for hardware troubleshooting.
Step 1: Try replacing the HDMI cable connected to the second monitor.
Step 2: Try connecting your modem to some other system. This way, you will be able to recognize whether the problem lies in the primary system or monitor.
Step 3: Run the troubleshooter and see if it fixes your problem.
