Earlier, users went through a situation that didn't let them enjoy Microsoft Word and PowerPoint together at the same time. Every time, they clicked on the save option, the anti-exploit module of Malwarebytes informs them that they have successfully blocked an exploit by displaying the Malware.Exploit.Agent. generic.Title.
This means they got caught up in a never-ending scenario in which saving a file is not possible and they may put their device's security at risk.
As you can see the word malware in the generic detection title, you need to deal with the software that was particularly made to cause damage to your data or PC. This is a prompt that shows up every time Malwarebytes detects an exploit.
These exploits are actually threats that take advantage of issues with the software you use to infiltrate malware. These past events may raise security concerns.
Simultaneously, the risks involved in using PowerPoint and Microsoft Word are kept to a minimum. Hence, you must not hesitate to confirm that you are dealing with false positives only.
In order to fix this problem, you must use an award-winning security tool, which is well-equipped to save you from any kind of threat. Microsoft Defender is a starting point for some users. However, this solution offers real-time monitoring for ransomware, spyware, Malware, and viruses.
A security tool uses advanced AI scanning, which uses machine learning to continuously improve itself and prepare for threats. No malware or virus can infect your computer. The protection offered by this malware protection software is rock-solid. Moreover, it never interferes with PowerPoint, Office, and any other app from the Microsoft suite.
So, this is how you can get rid of the Malware.Exploit.Agent.Generic message.
