Set and Configure ATT Email On MS Outlook:

Handling multiple email accounts in one place is probably one of the biggest considerations for users and process owners in the era of facilitating frequent and prompt official communication. In this context, one can set and configure ATT Email on MS Outlook and can thereby harness a range of benefits as a result of such integration.

Friends, recently I set and configured ATT email on MS Outlook post which I witnessed several advantages in the form of easy access to data from ATT along with using built-in calendars and contact books.

So here is a quick walkthrough as to how you can set and configure ATT email on MS Outlook.

Step 1- Primarily launch the MS Outlook and resort to clicking on the File option displayed on top. Thereafter, click on Info and Account Settings and then go on selecting Outlook Setting pertaining to ATT mail.

Step 2- Now click on the Email option and click on the New button. Move ahead by clicking on Microsoft Exchange, POP3, Image, or HTTP followed by clicking on Next.

Step 3- Now check the “Manually Configure Server Setting or Additional Server Types” option and click Next.

Step 4- This configuration setup is now to be given effect to by going to the User Information option. Under this section type in POP and then choose “” in the “Incoming Server Option”.

Step 5- As far as the Outgoing Mail Server is concerned, simply enter “”. Now provide your login ID and password details that you use to access your ATT webmail account in the concerned field followed by verifying your password.

Step 6- Now go to “More Settings” thereafter go on to click the “Outgoing Server” tab followed by clicking the “My Outgoing Server (SMTP) requiring authentication” option. There will get reflected an SSL link named the “This server requires an encrypted connection link” option.

Step 7- Now select “Advanced” tab from here and you will see the numerical field getting changed to “995” automatically. If it isn’t visible change it to “995”.
