Please let me know how account management cancels or reactivate your AOL email account. I am facing some issues while trying to access it. Help me.

Account Management: Cancel or Reactivate Your AOL Account:

Find out how to modify and cancel your AOL paid subscription, erase your AOL username, or cancel an AOL paid and premium subscription.

Your paid AOL subscription could be changed or cancelled online or by contacting customer service.

Reactivate Your Paid Subscription

Step 1: Register with My Account.

Step 2: Select Subscriptions under My Services.

Step 3: Find the software and service you want to download and activate. Copy and paste the Access URL from Subscription Details into another browser tab and the window.

Step 4: Based on the product or service you are activating, you might be sent to a webpage to input your user log-in information and a file to be downloaded. If you cannot check in using your member log-in details, select the "forgot password" link, then follow the on-screen directions to recover your password or set up a new one.

Step 5: Login and then adhere to the on-screen advice to use the service.

Change Your Paid AOL Plan

The excellent features included in AOL subscriptions are all intended to keep you safe and secure. To determine the best plan for you, follow the steps listed beneath.

You will still have access to the service through the end of your current billing cycle if you switch to the no-cost AOL plan during the middle of your payment cycle and cancel your billing.

Your active premium memberships will still be invoiced separately if you have any.

Any fees, surcharges, or expenses incurred before the effective date of your cancellation may be charged by and collected from AOL.
