Add Roadrunner Webmail to Outlook:

If you are using RoadRunner as your internet service provider, then that means your package has more than one email account. You can easily check your email on the website of the provider.

Moreover, you can add your account to Outlook for checking Roadrunner and other email accounts. In case you have more than one RoadRunner email address, then adding it to Outlook can help you save time.

Steps to Add Roadrunner Webmail to Outlook

Below are the steps that you need to follow to add your Roadrunner webmail to Outlook.

Step 1: Select the File button of Outlook and then select the option of "Add account" given at the right pane. Select the option of "Manually configure server settings" or choose "Additional server types" as RoadRunner requires manual configuration.

Step 2: Choose internet E-mail as your account type. Enter the complete name and the RoadRunner email address in the initial two boxes.

Step 3: Select the "Account type" drop-down list and then choose "POP3". After that, select "pop-server.domain.rr.com" as your incoming mail server. After that, chose "smtp.server.domain.rr.com" as your Outgoing server. Try to replace the domain with the state abbreviation given in your email address.

Step 3: After that, you are required to enter the Roadrunner username and password in the respective fields. Check the box of "Remember Password" and save your password.

Step 4: Select Next to verify the settings of RoadRunner. Make sure they are configured properly. Select Close and then click on Finish to add RoadRunner to Outlook.
