Is there anyone who knows about how to fix Outlook not sending emails issue. I am facing some issues while sending email on outlook. Help me

The best way to do away with the issue of Outlook not sending emails is to create a new E-Mail Profile. Just follow the simple steps and create a new profile that may address the issue of Outlook not sending emails.
Step 1 - Launch the Control Panel by clicking on the Windows button on the bottom-left corner of the desktop screen.
Step 2 - Now click on User Accounts and click on Mail.
Step 3 - Now when the Mail window gets opened, click Add.
Step 4 - Name the profile according to your convenience and press OK
Step 5 - Now click on “Manual Configure Server Settings”.
Step 6 – On Choose Service Page you have to select Internet E-mail and click Next subsequently.
Step 7 – Just punch in the required information and check POP 3 for selecting the Account Type.
Step 8 – Finally click on Next and Finish.
Step 9 - After you have carried out all the above-discussed steps sequentially, go to Mail Windows and select the profile you have just created.
Step 10 – Click Ok and check whether you are able to send emails. If you can successfully send Emails, the problem of Outlook not sending Emails stands resolved, else follow the alternative procedures given below to fix this up.
If you already have a newly created Outlook profile then you may not be able to send the emails owing to a disabled TCP/IP protocol. So to enable TCP/IP protocol as the default protocol, follow the steps given hereunder.
Step 1 - Go to the search bar on your desktop screen, type ncpa.cpl, and press Enter.
Step 2 - Now navigate through the screen to find Internet Connection and choose Properties.
Step 3 - Click on the Networking tab and see whether the Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) is checked. If not, then check the box shown against TCP/IPv6 and close down the window after clicking OK.
If the problem of Outlook not sending emails still exists, simply follow the other troubleshooting measures from the suit of different troubleshooting tips given below.
If you are able to receive the emails but can’t send or revert back, you can turn on the authentication switches by adhering to the following procedure.
Step1 - Hop on to the Tools menu of Outlook
Step 2 - Select Email accounts
Step 3 - Now click on view or change the existing email account
Step 4 - A wizard will get opened, click on the Next button and select the Email account followed by pressing the Change button and clicking More Settings subsequently.
Step 5 – Now go to the Outgoing server and check whether My Outgoing Server (SMTP) requires any authentication.
Step 6 – Finish the wizard after clicking Ok followed by pressing on the Next button.
If the attachments that you may be sent exceed the prescribed limit, you may not be able to send emails in such a scenario. To deal with this, just compress the file using Win Zip or WinRar and try sending the mails.
Many a time your ISP may block port 25 which may hinder the mail sending process. So in this scenario, you may use port 587 to redirect the traffic that can eventually take the process of sending mails forward.
